Purchases and refunds

Our products are digital and delivered electronically. Because digital content can’t be returned once delivered, purchases are non-refundable after delivery. We may make exceptions for failed delivery, duplicate or erroneous charges, or fraudulent or unauthorized transactions. If something went wrong with your order, email support and we’ll work to make it right. Full details are on our Terms / Refund page.
